The purpose of this online privacy policy ("Policy") is to describe how Wolverine Partners LLC ("Wolverine Partners"), the company that created, runs and owns MUTUALdecision.com, treats and uses the information that is collected when you visit the MUTUALdecision.com web site (the "Site"). Subscribers
In order to access the more specialized features of the website, such as the analytical tools for mutual funds, you must become a subscriber ("Subscriber") and pay a the applicable subscription fee. When you register with MUTUALdecision.com as a Subscriber, we collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, email address, city, state and zip code, and we collect aggregate information, such as your gender, age, occupation, personal interests and similar information. In addition, MUTUALdecision.com may collect additional information from Subscribers, such as stock and fund information, financial information, and other personally identifiable information. Please note that we do not collect and process payment information for the subscription portions of the Site. To accept and process payments, we use PayPal, a third-party online payment provider. Contests, sweepstakes, promotions or surveys may be offered on the Site. In conjunction with such promotions or surveys, we may ask participants for personally identifiable information related to the topic of the survey, entry in the promotion, prize notification or fulfillment. For example, we may ask entrants in a MUTUALdecision.com sweepstakes for their mailing address, telephone number, and other information that may be used to notify winners.
